I am a bad pilot. The plain flies beautifully in a straight line (even straight up!) but I lose it when I try to turn - I suspect this is me over-controlling rather than a fault with the plane - we shall see.

To get the c of g right all the weight needs to be as far forward as possible - an ounce in the tail is worth ten in the nose.

The pushrods might be a bit too thin - a size up next time!

I find you can't glue metal to plastic very well. The brushless motor is sewn with thin wire and then superglued into a drinks bottle top. The prop should be pointing down and to the right by about 2 degrees - I have put a few washers under two of the tie points to (roughly) arrange this.

The motor is a friction fit in the hollowed out nose block - this allows it to retreat on impact with the ground.
